Buggy - not letting me log in

I like the new interface, but since the update, the app is very buggy and slow. Now it wont let me log in or even change my password. This is very frustrating. . . This is an app that is supposed to help with a medical problem- not like a game that shut down. . . There is no way to contact them either.
